| You may call at 508-415-5189 to order or place an inquiry verbally or you may use the contact link for e-mail inquiries. When ordering, payment may be made by money order, personal check or Visa and Mastercard. Personal checks may require up to 10 working days for clearance before an item is shipped. I cannot guarantee that any item identified as "Available" will be so at the time you express an interest in a purchase. If not available you have the option of waiting for a new piece to be created, select another artwork of interest to you or commissioning a specific carving. Remember, all my carvings are one of a kind and any new order will require the appropriate amount of time for completion. If the carving is available it will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment or until any personal check properly clears the banking system. All shipping charges will be based upon actual shipping costs within the continental United States. Normal shipment is by either UPS or Fedex based upon your request. Certain fragile carvings may require additional shipping costs. You will be contacted before any shipment takes place if this applies. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return the carving within 30 days of purchase and receive a full refund. The carving must be in it's original condition and any return shipping costs are incurred by the purchaser.
